By selecting terms from the G&S Manager, applicants can be confident that no irregularity notice will be issued with respect to the classification or indication of those goods and services.
The G&S Manager, which can be accessed through the WIPO GOLD portal, gives access to thousands of standard terms classified in accordance with the 9 th edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks (Nice Classification). Applicants using the G&S Manager can select the terms that best describe the goods and services relating to the mark.
